Beginning with registration at 9:00 a.m., the cyclists will set off at 10:00, followed by runners at 11:00 and walkers at 11:30.? Fit for Recovery!, a health and wellness fair concurrent with the event, will feature demonstrations of yoga, aerobics and therapeutic drumming, as well as free information on nutrition, substance abuse screening, rock climbing, and other fitness-related topics.
